Lowther Lake, Allerton Bywater

From St Aidans Country Park. A Nice walk round this lake but we were viewing it from the top of a hill on St Aidans Country Park whilst walking the dogs. You can just see the path at the bottom of the picture that's along this side, but over to the left the path is at the side of the lake and the dogs can go swimming.

It's been a mixed day weather wise, rain, sunshine, hailstones and at times a bitter wind. In Yorkshire it's called a Lazy Wind because it doesn't go round you it goes straight through.

Got the fridge fixed yesterday, it was the motor on the fan. Apparently there had been a faulty batch fitted in a lot of these Freezers and they were having to replace them quite often. Oh the bliss of a very quiet hum instead of a helicopter in the kitchen.
