Battered and Bruised...

This is my foot after some tit at Ju-jitsu stood on it and twisted on it into a throw. The throw was done completely under no control and the bloke has pulled my shoulder. Not particularly happy and feeling very sore today. Even though I have nothing to show on my shoulder it's mega sore compared to my foot which bruised straight away.
