A chance meeting

I'm always surprised when we run into someone we know on a walk down our road. This is Tom, who was rendezvousing with a friend for a playdate with his son. We had a quick catch up and then we walked down to the pond to see if the ducks were there, no ducks but we did see a Great Blue Heron, which was a treat.
