Dram

I think I'm due a dram.

A wee celebration.

'cos today is three months to the dat since we moved into the new house.

So far...

- Tore down false wall in kitchen to reveal collapsed chimney lintel.
- Lintel replaced.
- New boiler.
- Old pipes removed.
- New door from kitchen to replace old blanket holding -4 degree winter at bay.
- Old kitchen (with no sink, or appliances!) removed.
- Sink installed and plumbed in.
- Dishwasher and washing machine plumbed in.
- New designer radiator installed in kitchen.
- Cooker plumbed in and installed.
- Roof repaired.
- Leaking cupolas repaired (two of them).
- Two sets of shutters opened.
- Acres (kidding) of flock wallpaper removed (acres still to go).
- Living room painted (still needs another coat).
- Radiators mounted in living room (not plumbed in yet).
- 5 sinks removed (5 still to go!)
- Lead tank disconnected.
- Emergency lighting (that you can't turn off) removed.
- Strip light removed from girls bedroom and normal light installed.
- 3 chandeliers removed (3 still to go!).
- Up lighters installed in living room.
- Downstairs shower and old toilet removed.
- 11 automatic door closers removed.

Um, I think that's it so far.
