More Grayling's Failings

Bit of a theme with variations here.

Tonight alternate trains were cancelled. All 3 cancelled trains started 3 stations up the line (where few people get on, but plenty would like the opportunity to get off).

Complained to Thameslink about yesterday's service, long email ending with I don't expect to receive a standard form reply. Got a standard form reply (basically 2 links, one to their performance figures and one to Delay repay), replied saying I didn't want a standard form response, got a replay saying sorry you weren't happy with the response - and another link to Delay Repay, nothing else. Sent a further reply saying when will I get a proper response................
