the same height as the Tokyo Skytree

Found this notice at the entrance of the shrine. It is letting us know that we're at an elevation of 634 metres, which actually corresponds to the height of Tokyo Skytree, a tower in Tokyo and the one-time tallest tower in the world.

I didn't expect it would be that cold before coming to Nikko. I felt it was even colder than in my hometown; but it made sense as we had come up to such a highland.
