Work followed by a naughty snack in Sainsbury, sweet potato fries, and then to the care home. Jeanie still had pudding which she was eating with her fingers, I gave her a teaspoon and she ate a bit more. Then she tried licking the dish so a carer brought her another pudding, jelly and fruit which she ate with fingers and refused the spoon, but at least she was eating. She carried on slowly eating for the three hours I was with her. Today there was no eye contact or speaking though.
Sadly another resident had died today,it was dealt with much dignity by everyone.
