White chocolate wiggling

Waved the visitors off this aft, hotel Lupes is now open for the next set of family to arrive next weekend :)))) 
Put my pinny on and tackled a lemon, elderflower and white chocolate shortbread recipe this aft.  It's my turn to host the practice managers meeting at work tomorrow afternoon and these should butter them all up nicely :))))
