Tidal Basin

I never thought I would say this but I'm about cherry blossomed out.  Today I went down to DC with my husband who ran in the annual Cherry Blossom race.  I was excited to have another opportunity to photograph the setting but I had to keep my eye on the clock to make sure I was in the pre-appointed position to watch him run by.  It's always a lovely occasion, with a lot of city spirit and excitement about the arrival of spring.
