Pox

Time to daub a red cross on the door again.

We woke this morning to find Brody with a rather spottier forehead than he went to bed with. Given we have previous experience with a spotty child it looked suspiciously like the start of chicken pox. I decided to stay home with him and get the doctor to confirm our suspicions.

Thankfully Brody was in a really good mood all day so we had fun whilst we waited on our doctor's slot. I was expecting more spots to appear over the course of the day and even though the doctor agreed with our prognosis, no new spots have appeared. Maybe he'll wake up spottier tomorrow. Great timing though; he'll have a spotty and itchy xmas.

The good news today is that we finally got our new car.
