...........It is also very difficult to post letters through flat doors when the trade button is never working. You could ring the individual flats and ask if they would be as so kind as to let you in. This invariably leads to a tirade of abuse from people who are disturbed while watching the "Jeremy Kyle Show ", and in the case of the writer of this note..a formal letter of compalint to the delivery office manager stating the ineptitude of the postal system.. :-)
