Anyone for a Swim??

Daughter Number 1 joined me on my new favourite walk with Bella and thought she might try the rope swing that was over the river.

I reassured her that it would be fine as I had seen some boys playing on it a few days ago.

Emily swung back and forth several times over the deepest part of the river.... then plonk.... the rope broke!!! Just as well it was a plonk and not a splash but it was very close!!!

We have been laughing ever since!!

Mr W is home tonight. While I have enjoyed the 3 day break, I'm really looking forward to seeing him again. Im not a lone bird. I'd much rather have company even if he doesn't often listen!!!
