Gardening gifts

Yesterday I received two boxes from a friend of Katie’s with these ‘teacups’ , garden tools and vegetable and flower seeds. A great surprise gift for a gardener like me! It was to thank me for the research I have done on the Scottish side of her family, building her tree back to the early 1700s.
Of course, it meant I just had to go the garden centre today to get compost and plants - and also pick up paint and other stuff for further garden projects.
I intended spending a short time in the garden after I got back - but discovered that Martin had locked me out when he had set off for the gym and so my half an hour stretched to over an hour and a half. I was not a happy bunny! But I did get a lot done!
