Dales Day

Went to Kilnsey with Norm for a coffee and some lunch. I've not been eating very well recently and have lost quite a bit of weight but I actually enjoyed my food today and was only beaten by the last few mouthfuls! I felt pleased about that.

We drove to Kettlewell afterwards and had a lovely, peaceful walk along the valley to Starbotton and then down to the river and back along the Dales Way. We both really enjoyed it.

I've started taking Sertraline tonight to help with my increased anxiety and low mood. I'm always terrified of starting new medication and the possible side-effects so I'm just hoping all will be well.
