The food factory is sprouting!

All the veg and herb seeds are now sown and we have signs of life! Very exciting indeed (for me!). A beautiful 10k walk in the spring sunshine with friends this morning. We tested our uphill abilities after the winter break and it seems like we can still do it. Phew! Koj has been fast asleep since we got home. Maybe just a small walk tonight. We shall see ...
