MV Waterfall

This sleek vessel was coming up through the Muirton Locks this afternoon. I've Googled it, but am none much the wiser. Its home port is Lowestoft and it is alternately described as  a 'high speed vessel,' and somewhat oddly, a 'dredger.' I liked its collection of bright orange floats, which looked like a bunch of balloons. (See extra shot.) Always win the kids over first.
