Literally "Over The Road"

This chap was teaching folk how to make plant pots out of paper cups among other things. There were also the chaps in the extra making much larger plant pots and garden benches out of pallets. They were all part of the grand opening of a new recycling station that has opened today, literally opposite my front door (so yet another thing to add to yesterday's list). Apart from all the usual containers you'd expect there is also the swap section, a popular and succesful initiative around town.
