.... AM!
It was very misty this morning almost foggy really. Feeling a bit better so services resumed as usual!

# Pool at 8.20am in the water by 8.30am
# Home by 9.50am
# Bank at 11am ( pay bills grr)
# Post Office by 12.40pm
# Home by 1.10pm
# Lunch and coffee
# TV and reading
# Chicken dinner
Not a very interesting day , should have done more but recovering from feeling poorly and early activity!! Besides I'm very very old and I can do it . Recover I mean.

Appreciate ..... feeling better even if not 100% yet.
