The Grove and Tyninghame

What a gorgeous day!

A lovely walk with a colleague who is on maternity leave this morning. We walked down the Grove from Whitecraig to Musselburgh and back again.

Then Daisy and I headed down to Tyninghame to meet another friend. However, 10 minutes in to that walk I went over (yet again!!) on my ankle.

Resting with ice now in the hope that I’ll be okay to meet friends at the beach tomorrow!!
