Another beautiful adventure with my pal, James. We scrambled up and down hills and ridges, and traversed downed trees. We stood high above the River North Esk and walked along side it. We enjoyed the sunshine, primroses, daffodils, otter tracks, caves, birdsong, and plenty of mud and castle ruins. “Roslin Glen contains the largest surviving stretch of ancient woodland in Midlothian.”
