A beautiful saunter

So early run v slow and not feeling it.So my friend and I went for tea, so want to get my running back on form just not time.
So w ere waiting on MRI on groin, where hernia is and they knew about this in surgery 8 weeks ago! Maybe a few days me thinks as it's a time wasting place.
