Across the Field

A trip over to see my parents today and on the way over I stopped off by the Cople Sports & Social Club as I knew there was a scene I wanted to shoot; I just managed to get this before the sun went behind the clouds and didn't come out for a long while!
The view is looking towards Cardington, which was once home to the famous and doomed R101 airship.
The 2 vast sheds (sheds for airships and hangers for aircraft) dominate the skyline on this side of Bedford but I managed to block them out as I didn't want them in this shot.
