A quick snap during my first run of the final week of the 9 week Couch to 5k programme. It's the first of 30 mins continuous running.
I chose the Union canal because it's nice and flat. A bit harder on the way back as it was into the wind, but still quite rewarding.
Would certainly recommend the podcast "NHS Couch to 5k" here. I think there's an app version too. Do it!
