The Wrong Way

This "Golden Gateway" under my local tower block has three of these yellow cladded sections. Each one has the cladding arranged differently and I think show lack of communication on a monumental scale. Only the last section they put up has the optical illusion effect- this is the first section they put up. The architect obviously had a word and the next section has the cladding arranged in a neat pattern ….that was also wrong. I would like to have seen the architect after that second section.
