Standing on her nest

A walk to the Derwenthorpe Lakes and I caught the Pen off her nest and just returning. Couldn't tell if there are any eggs but assume there are. The cob was busy patrolling the lake and he came close to the board walk to ensure we didn't come too close. I noticed that the canada geese have debunked to the other lake, definitely the safest option at present. I did a quick blip of the cob, see extra.
