Flat Caps 10k
Unashamedly another finish-line selfie.
Today's run was the "Flat Caps 10 km" race in aid of the Christie Trust which provides cancer care beyond what is offered by the NHS.
It was freezing cold. Shorts and short sleeves but gloves.
The course was a difficult one with a 300 m ascent up to Hubberton and then back down by a slightly different route.
I finished with a time of 57m 08s
Over to Leeds this afternoon for Chris's 50th Birthday celebration, fizz and a huge chunk of cake (see extra)
