Painting

We're on a bit of a mission to get things done around the house, it's still very slow, and my poor husband is having to put up with a rather impatient wife. 

The project at the moment is the boys bedrooms, one is nearly done, the other should hopefully be finished next weekend.  They both need shelves  - from what the eldest calls the 'shelf shop'.  What was supposed to be a quick 'get some floating shelves and put them up has turned into a more complex 'get some cheap shelves and paint them'.  The floating shelves in the shop were terrible quality.  It whiled away about an hour this afternoon painting them with the boys.  

Evening spent wrestling with flat-pack furniture - I don't think there is much else you can do with it.
