Had a stroll around the garden at Arundells in Salisbury. Ted Heath lived there. Very peaceful, and enjoyed seeing the bronze girl by G E Wade.

In extras, hundreds of runners took part in the  Rod Smith 10 mile run to the Woodford valley and back. All in aid of Alzheimers Support. My younger daughter is in there somewhere.
