Happy Blooming

Went to a wedding party of one of my close friends. Me and the couple went to the same junior high school; also I've known him since I was a nursery school child. I was glad to meet a lot of old friends at the party as well. 

I don't know what 'Happy Blooming' really means, but it must be saying something happy I suppose. Anyway this is a small gift (some chocolate) the couple handed to each guest at the end of the party.
