Very difficult to avoid getting caught up in the shopping bonanza at this time of the year though thanks to Amazon a lot of the footwork has been removed.

Not surprisingly city centres are feeling the pinch. And people are holding on to their money in the hope of last minute bargains - or worse until after Christmas and then they will hit the shops for the sales.
