Pork Chop

Brined sous vide pork chop with truffle butter and a side of buttered corn.

I make these pork chops frequently (they are quite good), but the truffle butter was a new and quite delicious touch.

We finished off the wine last night, because we didn’t relish revisiting that one a second night. Instead, I’ll be enjoying a post dinner cognac.
