White Horse Close

I had to pick up a suit after work and then decided to meander home through the Old Town. I stopped off at the bottom of the Canongate to have a look at White Horse Close, the first time I have ever done so. Hidden away from the tourist hubbub of the Royal Mile and a stones throw from the Parliament it is so easily overlooked. Some people have alluded to it being a bit “Disneyfied” but I think that is rather unkind.
