End of the day

A long but productive day, glorious outside, but head down and tasks done in the office. 

Rewarded self with a long swim, first one since twisting my knee four weeks ago. Seems OK, tomorrow will tell lol. 

Then all of Team IttH had a wander round the Scar as the blazing sun dropped into a dusky haze.
