Birthday Boy

Graham told me he likes to be surrounded by memories.

So for his 60th birthday I commissioned this painting of Christ's Church Spitalfields where he worked on his first trip to London.

Some thirty odd years later Graham returned to London with his husband Garry (my cousin) and this was one of the first places they visited.

The artist is Rodney Kingston, finalist in Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the year and  a painter who works directly from life.
