Llywelyn ap Gruffydd Fychan

This chap was a wealthy Carmarthenshire landowner who was executed in Llandovery by Henry IV of England in punishment for his support of Owain Glyndwr’s Welsh rebellion.

We saw this statute outside Llandovery Castle where we had a loo stop on the way back from Word Alive in Prestatyn. Very long windy journey home, but the trip was totally worth it - we all had an amazing time and will be back next year.
