Another scorching hot day - in April! Madness! Water butt has already run out of water so I'd like to order some rain please....

Always lovely to see one of the Tree Peonies in bloom and today this one is looking rather gorgeous! Definitely one of my favourite flowers!

Caught up on a few bits this morning and early afternoon so now the plan is to find a shady spot in the garden and read - started The Overstory by Richard Powers yesterday and loving it!
