TULIP "ANGELIQUE"

It's not everyone who has a tulip named after them!!

My sister (Redflash), gave me these lovely bulbs when we were living down in Cornwall and I planted them not knowing where we would be living.

Now they are flowering and as you can see they are beautiful.  Also they have multiple buds on each stem, most unusual for a tulip.

Today has been wonderful for a number of reasons.  Firstly the weather has been glorious and secondly my sister has been here for the weekend.  We have thoroughly enjoyed the last two days together and once again the house is now empty.

We look forward to the next visit which will be after our forthcoming holiday.
