What's the Rumpus?

I love this genre, especially in film.

One of my favourite films of all time is Miller's Crossing. If you haven't seen it yet then I strongly urge you to go seek it out and watch it. And then watch it again, as it takes a couple of viewings to fully appreciate the clever, intricate storyline and dialogue.

It's not film noir by any means, but today's image reminded me of a lot of it. For those that have seen the film will understand exactly what I mean :)

NB. A previous submission would have worked perfectly for this challenge!
