The Sun Rises In the East

Easter Sunday.
Sunrise is one of the most peaceful moments of my days. I love to go down to the beach and sit there, trying not to think too much about anything. But when I take my camera with me, sunrise becomes quite hectic. Things happen incredibly fast. The light changes at every second, and here in Brazil you get only a few minutes to capture that soft light, that beautiful transition from night to day, before the sun shines brightly on everything. This picture was taken shortly before 6 AM.
