Civic Centre Buildings

There's such a beautiful blue sky today I wanted my Blip to show it off.  This is the most impressive facade of Bolton Town Hall which looks out over Victoria Square.  The shot shows off the Corinthian columns, the portico with a stone relief sculpture and one of the two lions that flank the main steps.  

In extras I've included a shot of the front of the museum and library building which is across the road from the town hall.  It's unusual to see it with its' doors shut (it has good opening hours) and without any cars parked in front of it
