First Timers

Kate & Sophie joined us for this morning's park run, the first time Kate had joined us. Having watched us last time we did it, Sophie was determined to join in too. The course consists of three one-mile laps and she managed to run all the way round the first one before sitting out the second then joining Mummy & Grandma to complete the third. The blip is of them looking deservedly pleased with themselves at the finish line. I was delighted with another PB. Chris joined us later for a very pleasant and relaxed first BBQ of the year.
