Mono Monday- opposites

Relaxed turtle.....panicked turtle!!
I took my kayak on the lake for the first time this year, and what a wonderful morning I've had!!
The water was so high that I followed a tributary under a bridge into another lake I've never seen before....I could hardly believe that after nearly 40 years on this lake I have seen something new and unexpected!!

My extra is the first photo ever taken of the hidden lake (at least by me!)
