Helping hand

I managed another run today. I thought I better as I am back to work tomorrow.
After that, I had a walk through the park, still warm, less sunny, but still packed full of people enjoying the holiday Monday.
I've always wondered how people manage to take the plunge over the edge  - this fella was very helpful to several young people while I watched.
