Above Berriedale

A fine day in the tinder dry Hoy Hills.  The green patch is the most northerly natural woodland in the UK.  Willow warblers and robins present and a wheatear flitting about. Hazel and Euan were on the boat and Ian Carse too.  I behaved very well today, although I don’t think I’ll see it in writing. Maybe I shouldn’t.
