Unfinished

Hard to find the words for this. About 40 of these marching through Dublin city centre today, dressed, as you can see, in paramilitary chic. Desperate to appear menacing, the conceit undermined by every one of them wearing matching shades; a detail more suggestive of dance troupe aesthetic than real army.
Menace they have, though, and a shamelessness that sickens. Here they are marching the streets of the capital the day after journalist Lyra McKee is shot dead in Derry by men who wear the same shades.
They haven't gone away, you know. They're not finished.
