A day digging!

After a leisurely morning I spent the rest of the day digging out a new border in my daughter's garden. We then had a trip to the garden centre to buy plants. Here is a Montana Rubens for a bit of fence cover which I managed to take at the end of the day as the light disappeared. She was so pleased with the results. I was quietly delighted that she is developing a joy for her garden too after watching me for so many years. We were rewarded with roast beef for tea.
