Matzo Ball Soup

Matzo Ball Soup. Wine: Albino Armani Pinot Grigio Valdadige Terradeiforti Colle Ara 2017.

A fantastic homemade broth really made the soup. The wine was a lovely, flavorful Pinot Grigio—it spent an unusual amount of time on the skins for a fuller, fruitier flavor, while remaining dry and crisp.

Alas, this meal was inspired by my husband coming down with a cold.
