Always loved Peter Howson’s paintings but he is not to everybody’s taste, you either love him or hate him.
Spotted this in Glasgow Royal Concert Hall the other night and had to blip it.
Although born in London his parents moved to Scotland when he was four, his first painting at the age of six was a Crucifixion.
He was war artist for both The Imperial War Museum & The Times and some of his paintings have been controversial to say the least.
