Beautiful tulips

We had one our better car journeys home from Liverpool, 3hrs 40mins, which meant we still had some of the afternoon left to do some jobs at home and prepare for work.
I washed the car, which I probably do myself about twice a year, and although it’s a chore, there’s a great sense of satisfaction when it’s done. As usual I’ve promised myself I’ll do it more regularly, but it’s unlikely.
We then of course had to go to the Red to catch up with friends and enjoy the last of the sun. 4 days off work has been fantastic and very relaxing. Oh for 4 day weeks all the time.
