Lovely eggs

The Manna House in Easter Road serves the best cakes I have ever tasted. Today, a treat, I had a blood red globe that, when cracked, opened to a soft blackberry mousse and a sliver of fragrant sponge. It was so spectacular I wonder why I didn’t take a photo.
